I went to a mid-day yoga class today. Awesome. Especially being prompted to "Shine out a big Care Bear stare!" Weirdly, it made airplane pose possible for the first time since I restarted my practice.
Tomorrow, I will be looking for this to add to my yoga wardrobe:
